Pat Bell, Division Manager of the Environmental Services Division, with the city of Sierra Vista and a member of the Task Force, helped coordinate city and Plant Sciences Center activities.

 

Over 2400 plants were salvaged from the expansion of State Highway 90. 

ADOT's Gilbert Romero headed up the Department of Corrections crew. 

Fishhhook barrels, agaves, soaptree yuccas, desert spoons, ocotillos, and numerous small cacti constituted the bulk of the salvage.
